Avocado, apple and berries smoothie bowl

This is my own recipe. It takes 5 minutes to make.

The ingredients I used are:

  • 1 banana

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 apple, sliced

  • Fresh berries

  • 200ml milk

  • Chia seeds

I started by cutting the banana and avocado into small pieces. I then transferred them to a smoothie blender. I added the milk, and blended the whole lot until it was smooth and thick.

I poured the smoothie in a bowl, then placed the sliced apples on top followed by the berries. Finally, I sprinkled some chia seeds all over. There you go, quick and easy!
