Smoked salmon and avocado on toast

This dish is quick and easy to make. It takes 5 minutes to prepare.

The ingredients I used are:

  • 60g smoked salmon

  • 1 avocado

  • 2 slices of bread, toasted

  • Ground black pepper

  • Olive oil

I started by mashing the avocado in a bowl, then drizzled some olive oil on each slice of bread. I spread a generous portion of mashed avocado on each slice then rolled the smoked salmon into small pieces which I placed on top. I drizzled some more olive oil and seasoned with ground black pepper. I finished by garnishing with dill, et voilà!
