Chicken mine bouillie with boulettes

This is my own recipe. It is very easy to make. It takes 20 minutes to prepare and 45 minutes to cook. The ingredients I used are:

  • 300g chicken breast, diced

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp gluten free soy sauce

  • Homemade boulettes (full recipe available separately)

  • 200g gluten free rice vermicelli noodles, cooked and drained

  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1 chicken stock cube

  • 400ml water

  • Salt

  • Spring onion

Method:

  1. Add 1 tbsp sesame oil to a pan followed by the chicken and let it cook for 10 minutes.

  2. Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, mix well, put the lid on and let it simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes. Then set aside.

  3. To make the broth, add 1 tbsp sesame oil to a pan followed by the ginger garlic paste.

  4. Toss the chicken stock cube in and stir well.

  5. Pour the water in stirring occasionally.

  6. Season with salt to taste and sprinkle the spring onion.

  7. Put the lid on and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

  8. Assemble your dish by placing the noodles first followed by the broth, chicken and boulettes. Garnish with spring onion and enjoy!
