Chicken and olives spaghetti

This recipe is very simple and easy to make. It is my own as I was freestyling with whatever ingredients I had left in my fridge.

It takes 5 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook. I used:

  • 200g chicken breast

  • 90g green olives

  • 100g spaghetti

  • Grated parmesan

I started by dicing the chicken breast, then poured some water in a pan to boil the spaghetti. I poured 2 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat, and dropped the chicken breast in. I added a pinch of salt and let it cook until it was soft and golden. I then lowered the heat and at the same time, the spaghetti was done. I drained it, and tossed it in the pan with the chicken. I mixed it all and then added the olives. I let it cook for 1 more minute and then removed the pan from the heat. I served a generous portion in a bowl and sprinkled the grated parmesan on top and voilà!
