Butterflied seabass
This dish is quick and easy to make. It takes 5 minutes to prepare and 5 minutes to cook. The ingredients I used are:
125g butterflied seabass
Handful of spinach and rocket
Bunch of fresh coriander
2 red chillies
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
The paste:
Finely chop the coriander and chillies. Add the lemon juice mix altogether, and season with salt and pepper.
Method:
Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil to a pan on medium heat. Add the seabass to the pan, and let it fry until each side is golden and crisp.
Garnish each side of the seabass with a generous portion of the paste and serve with greens. Enjoy!
